The home is well stocked with amenities and provides plenty of opportunities for entertainment, including a game of pool in the downstairs recreation area and movie nights with the family.

BOATS & TRAILERS:
Unfortunately, this property has very little space for trailer parking, especially if you have 4-5 vehicles. If you're bringing a boat, please let us know, we can help provide details about parking and where to launch.
CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES:
For security purposes, we have three outdoor cameras that overlook the main entrance points to the home, the pool and hot tub. These cameras help us with weather monitoring, package deliveries, security and assisting guests. There are no indoor cameras.
HOT TUB & POOL MAINTENANCE:
Hot tub and pool maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Mondays & Thursdays in the high season. Hot tub maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Thursdays during the low season.
*If guests refuse or turn service away, this will be an $85 charge to the guest.
VISITING LAKE CHELAN:
Lake Chelan has a lot to offer to every group and family. When you are not water skiing, boating, swimming at the lake or wine tasting, you can enjoy all that downtown Manson has to offer and stroll home. In the winter time, take in the beautiful snow capped mountains and come enjoy the many events Manson and Chelan put on (Christmas at the Lake, Winterfest, Red Wine & Chocolate, and winery hosted dinners).
GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age and MUST be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking
2. Rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted and provide valid ID
3. $500 security hold is required and will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported.

We are excited to share this vacation home with others who love being at the lake, boating, wine tasting, and weekend adventures just as much as we do. Over the last 14+ years we have spent many weekend adventures renting off VRBO, so we are thrilled to share another vacation home with others. We hope that through our experiences renting and hosting/managing other vacation rentals, we have built a house suitable for many.
